著作者の許可を得ず製造された複製品の販売は、違法です。
現在に至るまで、「キノコジュース®キキ、ジル」の複製品販売を許諾した事例は一切ございません。
違法複製品とは、オリジナル原型からの複製（正規品）から更に型を取った複製品であり、
精度が正規品と比べ著しく劣化しており、本来の完成度は得られません。
違法複製品を購入した場合、いかなる理由でもキノコジュース®は保証やサポートを一切行っておりません。

キノコジュース®の著作物であり、日本の法律と各加盟国のベルヌ条約によって保護されています。
必要な許諾を受けないで著作物を利用することは

Sad to say, the imitation products of our "Kinoko Juice®" have been passing off all over the world.
Our original products were sold at the following list, if you didn't purchase from every mentioned below means you bought an imitation and not our original products.

3. Selling to winners who were selected by the lottery in 2009 which was promoted by magazine "Hobby Japan" which were published by "Hobby Japan Co., Ltd.".
It is Illegal to sell an imitation product without Author's authorization.
So far We have never authorized anybody to sell "Kiki" and "Jill" of Kinoko Juice® imitations and neither We won't accept any case or complain.
Illegal imitation products is the intentional COPY of the original product, besides the imitation's bad qualities and wrong concept, it cannot be compared to our original products.
Kinoko Juice® will not give any guarantee nor support you in case of your purchase is an imitation.
"Kinoko Juice®" is the Registered Trademark.
""Kiki" of Kinoko Juice® "and ""Jill" of Kinoko Juice® " are Kinoko Juice® 's official production and the are protected by Japan's law and the Berne Convention as known as an International agreement for the Protection of literary and Artistic works.
To utilize creator's production without the necessary permission is a breach of copyright, and legal claim for damages against illegal imitator can be filed by original's side. That claim also includes in legislative necessary measures as confiscation and disposal illegal products for preventing and stopping piracy.
